June 17 marked another Pinning Ceremony at LaGuardia Community College. The occupational therapy assistant program staff gathered to congratulate the newest recruits to the OT profession.
Lisa Davis was there as one of the professors of the program honoring the new graduates along with Caldra Smart, the recruitment director at Therapeutic Resources.
The evening was a buzz with graduates, their families and professors all enjoying the celebration.
Caldra was able to meet many graduates and talk a little about job opportunities in the metro area. Lisa gave a small congratulatory speech about how she hopes she inspired them in class to embark on this great career path . Hopefully they will choose Therapeutic Resources to help them get their first position.
