Lisa Davis, MA, OTR/L, adjunct professor at LaGuardia Community College and Executive Director of Therapeutic Resources, was on hand for last months LaGuardia Community College pinning ceremony to offer pearls of wisdom to the new graduates. She told them "...it's finally time to launch into your new career!" She offered them a great graduation gift bag courtesy of Therapeutic Resources that consisted of an alarm clock to make sure they are on time for job interviews, a lovely tote bag to carry their resume in, a CD of resume tips to keep their resumes fresh and current and a pen and pad to take notes during job interviews. She applauded their accomplishment of entering into the occupational therapy work force and encouraged each and every graduate to consider using Therapeutic Resources as their go-to staffing agency to help them get their first job.
