Speech with Milo (purchase here)
Created by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, “Speech with Milo: Verbs” offers a versatile and entertaining speech therapy tool for children. The app is for speech therapists working with children, or parents who want to teach language skills to their children. The app offers an enjoyable tool used in therapy at a cheap price.

Speech with Milo: Verbs” is centered on an adorable and energetic mouse named Milo. Milo performs over 100 actions, such as “bounce,” “count,” and “play”. This provides an engaging way to build up an action word vocabulary in the child. Flash cards are typically used for this type of exercise, but the animation that comes with Milo will keep any child focused and attentive. And most important- it is fun!
The app comes with two sets of instructions- one for Speech Therapists and one for Parents. This app can be used for infants and toddlers, as well as children with language delays.

Features:
•Used in therapy for children with special needs, such as: Autism / Asperger Syndrome, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, cognitive delays, speech and language delays.
•Fun and affordable
•Milo, an animated mouse, keeps children interested and motivated to learn.
•Instructions for Speech Therapists and Parents (in English only)

Preposition Remix (purchase here)
Prepositions Remix was designed by a Speech Pathologist to help children learn prepositions while playing and having fun. Prepositions Remix provides practice with 20 of English most commons propositions:
1.Above
2.Behind
3.Below
4.Beside
5.Between
6.Closest to
7.Furthest
8.In
9.In front of
10.In the middle
11.Inside
12.Near
13.Next to
14.On
15.On top of
16.Out
17.Outside
18.To the left
19.To the right
20.Under

Prepositions Remix is highly interactive and it can be adjusted to meet the needs of all students. Users are able to adjust the number of prepositions played with on a session; adjust the type of feedback provided to the student, and whether or not to provide with additional cues such as a second audio production or written cues on the screen.
Preposition Remix also has a “therapist upgrade” as an in-app purchase that allows therapists to keep track of student’s progress overtime. This way we were able to offer our standard version for parents who don’t need the multiple student’s tracking function; while also providing a more advanced “pro version” to therapists and teachers.
